My name is Bryan Garcia and I specialize in helping folks buy and sell real estate in Northern Virginia. My area of expertise is Prince William County, VA — Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, Manassas, Warrenton and surrounding communities.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving up to a larger home, downsizing, relocating in or out of the area or investing in real estate, I can help. My dedication to perfection and commitment to excellence is why I have successfully closed more than 220 transactions and 80 million dollars in real estate. With the climate of today’s real estate market, it is more important than ever to hire a full time, highly trained real estate professional who has your best interest at heart. I constantly look for opportunities to increase my level of service and exceed my client’s expectations.
I am Principal Broker & Licensed Realtor® with EXIT Heritage Realty of Haymarket, Virginia and I have been selling real estate full time since March 2002 when I joined my mother Cheryl, Associate Broker/Owner who has been licensed since 1980. We opened Heritage Real Estate in September 2003 and in August 2006 we joined EXIT Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in North America, as franchise owners and converted Heritage Real Estate into EXIT Heritage Realty, now one of the fast growing real estate firms in the region.
I live in the Town of Haymarket with my wife and two children where we enjoy the small town community lifestyle and the strolls to Cupcake Heaven, Giuseppe’s Restaurant, Fosters Grill and Pickle Bob’s Ice Cream. I am very familiar with the real estate market and community in Haymarket. That's why they call me "Haymarket Real Estate Guy."
Born in Virginia, I grew up in Monrovia, Liberia; Caracus, Venezuela; Quito, Ecuador; Colombo Sri-Lanka; and finally Manassas/Haymarket, Virginia where I graduated from Stonewall Jackson Senior High School. In 1994, I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and then spent 7 years in management with Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Georgia, ending my restaurant career in 2002 as a Managing Partner for Ruby Tuesday.

Here’s what my clients are saying...
“We just wanted to say how delighted and impressed we were with Bryan Garcia. We live in California and when we decided to sell our home in Virginia, Bryan was referred to us by a colleague of ours in Virginia. We visited Virginia in July and met with Bryan to go through the paperwork. He gave us very good suggestions to prepare our house for the market. We put the house on the market and it was sold within a month. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.” – Chanthrika and Anandan
“My home buying experience with Bryan Garcia and EXIT Heritage Realty was easy! Bryan was very helpful, knowledgeable and thought of things I didn’t. I think his web site was also very helpful. Getting alerts every morning with up to the date listings kept me from having to search on multiple sites and Bryan was right on top of it all.” – Sue M.
“We would recommend Bryan to our friends and family members because we know they will be taken care of in a friendly and professional manner. They will be given timely information and they won’t be rushed or left in the dark. I felt that Bryan really knew his stuff — the housing market, home inspection expectations and I could trust that he would do all the paperwork correctly.” – Jim and Maureen
